hah. i just loved, okay? plus i needed new socks.

my shopping trip was sort of a mixed bag, as i accidentally bought the expensive milk (same color as the milk i always buy but like $2 more! oops) and expensive grapes ($8 for a bunch of grapes, grumble grumble -- maybe the world's retribution for me getting two bunches so cheaply last time?) but at least i got to make another delicious chocolate chip banana shake with these ingredients (plus a few more).

also, my yogurt will expire on --

i'll probably eat it all before then. but it was still funny.

those of you who know me already know i'm a reporter for channel 9.

what you may not know is that today was my nine month anniversary. that's right, folks. in the time i've been working in wausau, i could have gone through an entire pregnancy and had a channel 9 baby.

made from vanilla yogurt, shredded coconut, frozen pineapple (it was fresh but decided to freeze it so i didn't need to add ice)

and a bit of lemon juice.

in other news, i wanted to buy grapes on saturday but they're usually super expensive. i put a bag in my basket anyways, checked out and went home. it's safe to assume i was pretty surprised when i started putting away my groceries and found...

...TWO bags of grapes?!

i checked my receipt. i only was charged for one.

plus (i also didn't know) they were on sale -- $1.85 for all of these!!
